The Metrex MetriCide Sterilizing & Disinfecting Solution is formulated to disinfect and sanitize clinical healthcare items for up to 14 days. The active ingredient of the MetriCide High-Level Disinfectant is glutaraldehyde, which allows it to clean and disinfect non-critical instruments, such as anesthesia equipment, plastic objects, lensed instruments, flexible fiberoptic endoscopes,respiratory therapy equipment, and rubber objects used in a healthcare facility.
