ConvaTec’s Aquacel heel adhesive silicone foam dressing with sterile border is designed for exuding wounds. It’s intended as a primary dressing on shallow wounds or as a secondary dressing on highly exuding wounds. It can be used for skin protection as part of a comprehensive protocol of care. The dressing creates a waterproof and bacteria-resistant barrier for sterile covering.
