At the moment, we regret to inform you that we do not provide exchange services. However, we are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS for products within 45 days from the original date of purchase. For further details, kindly refer to our Return Policy available Here.

Yes, you will receive a prepaid return label. Products must be returned within 45 days from the original purchase date and meet our return policy found here.

You have 45 days to return your order. First, go to your order history and find the order you want to return. Click on the link to return the item. Make sure you follow Medicare At Home return policy which can be found on our website.

Shipping

Most orders take 1-3 days. You will see an estimate of delivery during checkout.

We do not offer next-day services at this time. 

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Payment Information

You will be charged sales tax based on the tax at the place where the item is shipped to. We estimate the tax when you check out your order on our website, but the amount may change. The actual amount of tax will be figured out after we process your order. There may be some rules and limitations for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

We currently accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa for all orders.

We don’t take insurance payments but we can give you a receipt to send to your insurance provider.

No. Medicaid At Home does not accept checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders.
