McKesson super absorbent dressings are for partial thickness or full thickness wounds. Use when there is moderate to large amounts of drainage and extra absorbency is needed to help better manage the fluid and decrease the frequency of dressing changes. Excellent dressing for use under compression for heavily draining venous leg ulcers.

• Super absorbent polymers bind drainage and convert it to a gel
• These dressings hold more fluid, lock fluid inside the dressing, helping to decrease the risk of maceration and keep the harmful wound fluid components away from the wound and peri-wound skin
